Delivery Timelines:
Digital Products: Your digital products will be delivered to your email within 1-3 working days of purchase.
Order Tracking:
Digital Products: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. To track the status of your order, please use our Order Tracking Link.
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Refund
At WeAnimate, we strive to provide high-quality services and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we may be able to offer a refund under the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: If there are significant quality issues with the delivered product or service.
- Non-Delivery: If the product or service is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase, provided the digital videos have not been delivered. No cancellations are allowed post-delivery.
Return: Returns are only accepted if the digital videos have not been delivered. Once delivered, no returns will be processed.
1.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at chat@weanimate.com within 3 days of the delivery date. Include your OrderId and a detailed explanation of the issue.
1.3 Refund Processing
Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the details and notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation of Services
For services provided by WeAnimate, cancellations must be made 1 hour before the scheduled service date. Cancellations within this time frame will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after the deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2.2 Cancellation of Products
For digital products, cancellations must be requested before the digital product is delivered. If made after delivery, our refund policy (Section 1) will apply.
